This house has been in the client's family for many years when the client had the opportunity to move back to their childhood home. We started with ranch home that was built in 1961 and opened up the kitchen, dining room and living room by removing a few walls including 38' of a bearing wall by installing a concealed beam in the attic. Natural wood was a big design point for the homeowner's so all new kitchen cabinets, hardwood flooring and knotty pine wainscoting was installed thru the entire project.
